Fourth of July: Part 2

After relaxing at home for the afternoon, we spent the evening with my dad.

My dad grilled an awesome dinner of poblano peppers stuffed with black and pinto beans, cheese, garlic, and onions..

 ..barbecue country style ribs..

 ..grilled corn..

 ..and coleslaw..

We had grilled peaches and icecream for dessert, but I forgot to get a picture.
