This is the view from the top of the stairs. Because the stair railing is so thin, the baby gate doesn't work at the top of the stairs so we have to put two up! The desk you see is my "craft" desk, I'll have to get a picture of it with my sewing machine and stuff on it. It's really nice having a craft area. Right across from it is a HUGE closet.

Another view. All of Mollie's toys are in that wooden chest. That's one of the couch cushions next to it.
On the right side you can see the blue curtains that came in the apartment. Those are the first ones I'll replace when I finally get around to it!
Hi Caitlin, I really like your apartment. The orange countertops.... I like them, too! I am really drawn to putting bright colors together. Have been influenced by a blog... Dear Daisy Cottage. I can imagine a bright yellow and/or red bowl or flower pot on your counter. I think I see a red dish towel hanging. I have red accents in my pink kitchen. A few years ago I would never have put those colors together. Oh no! But now I love them. Love you and wish I could visit.
